Motor Control Center (MCC)
Centralized assembly that controls, protects and monitors multiple motors from one location.
An MCC (Motor Control Center) panel is a centralized electrical assembly that controls, protects, and monitors multiple electric motors in one location, essential for industrial settings like factories — housing starters, breakers and relays for efficient, safe operation of machinery like pumps, conveyors, and HVAC. It acts as a command hub, simplifying management of complex motor-driven processes and often integrates with PLC/SCADA for automation. Houses motor starters, contactors, fuses/breakers, overload relays and sometimes VFDs; modular, built-in sections allow easy expansion and maintenance. Available as Standard, Intelligent, VFD, Soft Starter, and Draw-Out types. Used in large commercial and industrial facilities, mechanical/electrical rooms, powering pumps, compressors, fans and conveyor systems.
