Firefighting Panel
Central control for fire pumps and detection — automated, compliant emergency response.
A Fire Fighting Panel (or Fire Alarm Control Panel) is the central brain of a building's fire safety system — detecting fire signals from smoke/heat detectors and pull stations, automatically controlling pumps (jockey, sprinkler, hydrant) to maintain water pressure, sounding alarms, notifying authorities, and managing suppression equipment for a swift, organized emergency response. Receives signals from detectors, pressure switches and manual call points; uses logic (often microprocessor-based) to decide on actions; activates pumps (main, jockey, diesel) to supply water for hydrants/sprinklers, triggers alarms, and can signal fire departments; displays system status on LCD/LED screens with buttons for acknowledging, silencing and resetting. Operates in Automatic, Manual, and Remote modes, and is required for commercial buildings to meet fire-safety codes.
